The Bermuda Society of Arts invites you to participate in our upcoming Members Spring Show, themed “Roots and Wings.”
Title and Theme: “Roots and Wings”
- Exploring the balance between staying grounded and striving for growth.
Theme Description:
Spring is a season of renewal, energy, and potential. “Roots and Wings” speaks to the duality of life: the deep need for stability and connection contrasted with the desire to explore, dream, and take flight. This theme invites artists to reflect on moments of grounding and growth in their work, whether in personal, societal, or natural contexts. Consider how your art embodies:
- Roots: Stability, history, ancestry, belonging, foundations.
- Wings: Ambition, transformation, freedom, aspirations, exploration.
