DESIGNER DETAILS
ARTWORK DROP OFF DATE: JULY 23RD 2025
We highly recommend that all artwork be submitted by July 23rd, 2025, before 4 PM.
This will allow us time to hang and arrange your work in the gallery. If, for any reason, you
are unable to drop off your work on the 23rd, please let us know if you will be
coming on July 24th (by emailing info@bsoa.bm) so we can ensure there is space
reserved for you while hanging the show in the gallery.

Group Photo: 6:30pm
INVITE ONLY

You are invited to join us the night before the public opening to get an early view of the show and meet the other designers, as well as sponsors and industry insiders. We will also take a group photo of everyone in the show to use on social media and in a press release. Looking forward to seeing you there!
