The ‘As I Am’ teen yoga program will start in March, with the free programme being offered for 14 to 17 year olds on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Bermuda Society of Arts in City Hall.

The event poster says, “Your instructor Tiffany Paynter has been practicing yoga for 11 years and is certified to teach to all levels by the Yoga Alliance, Trauma Informed Yoga for Youth by Yoga Ed, and Kids Yoga by Yoga Academy International.

“Our classical approach emphasizes that yoga is a vast life science best integrated into our daily lives and routines. We design for depth and transformation, with intentional focus on self-empowerment, self-inquiry, and self-actualization.

“All classes include time for dialogue, movement, breath work, and meditation. We equip young people with lifelong practical mental health tools. Classes are free to students aged 14-17.
